An Executive Management "Dashboard" Application

Problem - How to provide a simple dashboard view to senior management of
Availability, Capacity, User Experience, and Efficiency of various system and processes in place.

Solution - Created a framework and application that collects data from various systems and measures them against performance benchmarks to assess Availability, Capacity, User Experience, and Efficiency of various systems.

Features include:

• A high performance data collection and translation process to get raw data from systems including Paessler's IPCheck system that tracks availability and user experience of various ShopLocal sites and servers.
• Ability to create components and component parts to group sites and systems. o Ability to set time-line benchmarks against which data is measured to calculate "Scores" for various components and categories.
• Ability to drill down from category to components to individual sites/servers/systemsin order to locate where the problem lies.
• Dashboad and graphical view of scores and collected data o Technologies - DotNet, C#, SQL server and Firebird sql.
