Complete E-Commerce System for Sears.Com, Sears, Roebuck & Co.

Project Description - Strategized, designed and created a complete e-commerce presence for Sears using one-to-one marketing concepts/tools. This included multiple product categories – Appliances, Tools, Electronics, etc. Additional functions such as Logistics, Order Management, Fulfillment, Inventory were implemented and integrated with 3rd party vendors.

Technologies - Broadvision, Java (designed using Rational Rose), Sun/Solaris, DB2, Informix, AS/400

Project Scope: more than 150,000 Man-hours Multiple releases over 1.5 years. Staffing at peak of approximately 100+ professionals.
