Jeff Weiner

Jeff is responsible for SoftStar's business development efforts and with guiding SoftStar's overall vision and strategy. He has over 25 years of proven sales and sales management experience in the computer industry encompassing hardware, software and services. Before founding SoftStar Consulting in 1995 he held management positions at Texas Instruments, and Legent Software. Jeff has a BA from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from The Ohio State University.

Mike Pelka

Mike is SoftStar's Chief Financial Officer. Mike has over 25 years of computer industry experience with some of the largest and most respected names in the industry. Prior to Mike's work in the computer industry he was a well respected administrator in private and parochial education. Mike received his BA and MA from St. Mary's University.

Sujay Pidara

Sujay is responsible for SoftStar's service delivery. He has over 14 years of comprehensive experience in leading and executing complex e-business and client-server solutions for Fortune 100 clients in HealthCare, Financial Services and Retail. He has a proven track record of delivering on time, quality multi-million dollar solutions using methodology and structured analysis. Prior to his work at SoftStar he worked as a Director of program management with Sapient and as a Director of delivery and technology with Metamor/Xpedior. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and his Masters degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.

Kapil Sood

Kapil is responsible for SoftStar's overall client engagement efforts. He has over 20 years of experience in the computer services industry. He has led many large national engagements stretching over multiple years serving clients in various industries. Before his work at SoftStar he was a Sr. Vice President of Xpedior and was instrumental in developing and implementing strategy for growth in critical Asia/Pacific region. Prior to Xpedior, he was with Metamor, where he led the growth of Metamor Technologies from a 2 person firm to a dominant IT firm in the Midwest with $70MM annual revenues. He earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. He also holds an MBA degree from University of Chicago.
